finally - updated veggie photographs

right,

after forgetting, putting it off and other general excuses i've finally gotten round to taking some new photographs of the veggies both in the garden and in the greenhouse.

enjoy:

the four aubergine plants have been up and down (and are definitely ready to be re-housed in the new uber-greenhouse) but now they're looking good:

another plant more than ready for the new greenhouse (courgette) which is flowering right now:

the flower:

the lettuces (the first batch - another two batches are on their way) which we're enjoying every lunchtime:

we had the first of our strawberries today - there have been others which would have been ready before now but the animals got them all (little buggers!). they were very tasty (the strawberries not the animals)!

the chillies are looking good. we've got eight plants on the go with three more ready for transplanting into the new greenhouse:

wild apple-mint which nikki took cuttings from:

the thyme is blooming:

sunflowers finally getting some sun (loads actually!):

our tomato forest - they desperately need the extra space the new greenhouse will provide!

the newly transplanted leeks are doing great:

sage:

the nasturtions are finally starting to do something:

this is the blueberry bush that you lot (nikki's buddies back home) got her for her last birthday which we thought was done for but, since being re-potted, is looking really healthy:

the rocket is going for it and we've started cropping it as we thin it out (by eating it!):

our first lemon - there's two on the go from our new little tree:

kale - looking good!

one of our 40 potato plants:

oregano:

french beans that are starting to get off the ground since the sun's made an appearance:

a squash plant starting to roam and in need of a new home in the uber-greenhouse:

brussell sprouts:

the first batch of peas are starting to climb:

the pepper plants (all six of them) are going well:

onions and shallots doing really good!

raspberries going slow but ok:

that's all for now.

cheers, gairy.
