Some veg updates!

Here are just a couple of pics of our latest produce - we have been getting a steady crop of delicious courgettes and since these pictures we have gorged ourselves on many cherry tomatoes and we're just starting to get some ripe beef and plum tomatoes too. Anyone got any good courgette recipes?



We've also had some very tasty peas and our gherkins are pickling as you read this.



Below there are also a couple of very big blueberries, perpetual spinach, chilies, green beans and some funny pink and white beans (which we're not sure the name of and we're not 100% sure what to do with them!)



Any great recipe ideas for spinach gratefully received.
